B2 First Vocabulary:
“Problematic” is a C1 level adjective that candidates may come across in their B2 First exam, and it certainly a word that they can use to show their range of vocabulary in the speaking and writing paper. It is used to describe something that has a lot of problems or difficulties.
Below are examples of how 'Problematic' could be used in the B2 First (FCE) exam.
Reading and Use of English Part 3:

Speaking Part 4:
Examiner: “How do you think the government can help people become healthier?”
Candidate: “Well, I don’t think it is easy, especially when it comes to eating. Many people are addicted to unhealthy food and changing this habit can be very problematic…”
