B2 First Vocabulary:
Stunning
“Stunning” is a B2 level adjective that is used to describe something (or a person) that is very beautiful or attractive. You can use it in your B2 First exam to describe a place that is very impressive such as the Eiffel Tower in France.
Below are examples of how 'Stunning' could be used in the B2 First (FCE) exam.
Speaking Part 1:
Examiner: “Tell me about a holiday you really enjoyed?”
Candidate: “Last year I went on a trip to Switzerland which was amazing, some of the views from the mountains were absolutely stunning“
Reading and Use of English Part 1:
She looked (4)…… as she walked down the aisle in her wedding dress.
