B2 First Vocabulary:
Teamwork
“Teamwork” is a C1 level noun, but candidates will have a great opportunity to use it in the B2 First exam if they are asked a question about sport or the benefits or playing sports. It refers to the activity of working together in a group with other people.
Below are examples of how 'Teamwork' could be used in the B2 First (FCE) exam.
Reading and Use of English Part 5:
…I learned a lot about teamwork when I was a child as I used to take part in many different team sports…
Speaking Part 4:
Examiner: “Do you think it’s better for children to work alone or with other children at school?”
Candidate: “Well, I think it depends what they are working on, but working with others will certainly help the children learn about teamwork which will be very beneficial later on in their lives…”
